Our Comfort double rooms offer 25-30 m² of space for two people and provide the highest level of comfort with well thought-out furnishings. Each room is equipped with a bath or shower/WC and also has a desk, an espresso machine, a safe, a minibar, Wi-Fi, a telephone and a flat-screen TV – ideal for relaxing hours and a relaxing stay.

The daily cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms ensures that you always feel comfortable during your stay and that nothing is left to be desired. Rates exclude local taxes: 2,60 euros/person per day for guests aged 15 + years.

Our spacious Comfort double rooms ‘Dolomiten View’ offer 30-40 m² of maximum comfort for two people. The rooms are stylishly and modernly furnished and have a bath or shower/WC. The furnishings include a cosy armchair, a practical desk, an espresso machine, a safe, a minibar, Wi-Fi, telephone and a flat-screen TV – everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Enjoy the marvellous view of the Lienz Dolomites, which will make your stay even more unforgettable. An extra bed is also available on request, so that a third person can also be accommodated comfortably.

The Deluxe Suites “Blauer Holunder” are 44 – 55m², suitable for 2-4 people (also 5 people possible on request) and feature a bedroom, shower, WC, living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV, wifi, telephone and safe. The kitchens include a dining table, dishwasher, Mocafé espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave and fridge as well as crockery & cutlery. Additional beds for up to 2 people available upon request. Bed linen and towels are included in all apartments. Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. The Weisser Holunder Family Suites are 60 – 75m², suitable for 4-6 people and feature two bedrooms, shower, WC, living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV, wifi, telephone and safe. The kitchens include a dining table, dishwasher, Mocafé espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave and fridge as well as crockery & cutlery.
